Mmmm houses...

Ok boys and girls. After a day of continuous walking and phone calls and general waaaaah, me and sailor Sarah believe we have found a house. I think everyone will be conscious of this by now, through texts and emails. I've been trying to put pictures on the GV but I can't get it to work. It is lovely. Me and Sarah fell in love with the quiet terraced street, the families surrounding, the corner shop, the roof terrace, the garden, the enormous bathroom and the fireplaces in every room. It is really nice. We can imagine living there. As most of you will probably know, there is another issue. If all goes to plan, with Sarah and Sarah's mum second viewing we want to take it. Anna - if you can get in touch my love, please do, urgently. It is at the moment £505 pounds a week, but if we get another person, which there is definitely room for, it comes down to a bargainacious £84 pounds a week. This means no sitting room, but the kitchen has an extra little sofa room with french windows, which serves the same purpose. Personally, I'm not in a position to be able to pay £101 pounds a week before bills, just so that we get a lounge. This means getting another housemate. So, Aleisha? Adam off Sarah's course?Luke?Any other by proxy? Or another person (I'm fully willing to vet and interview initially, to remove the real weirdos). If there are any major problems, get in touch immediately. The house is worth it, but I can only guarantee being able to afford it, if everyone else can agree that getting another housemate isn't a problem. If there are any deal breakers, or any very important questions about the house before we place a holding deposit, before 12 midday on Monday, get in touch ASAP.
